Dragon Fire Peanut Sauce

| This recipe makes over a litre of sauce, but since it tastes so good it doesn't last as long as you think it will. |

| 700 ml. Coconut milk, unsweetened, canned |
| 350 ml. Peanut butter, chunky |
| 150 ml. Frank’s® RedHot® Original |
| 1 tablespoon fresh Ginger, peeled and grated |
| 1 tablespoon dark Sesame Oil |

| Combine ingredients in a saucepan over a low heat, stirring frequently to avoid scorching. Heat for 12 to 15 minutes or until peanut butter has completely melted. Remove from heat. Whisk ingredients well to form uniform mixture.
Serve warm as a dip or dressing. |
